Sunday afternoons have never been more fabulous at the Edinburgh Castle Hotel, with the return of Vonni’s Big Arvo to its old stomping ground.

The afternoon of friends, frocks and frivolity started in 1996 at The Ed, where it lived for five years, before moving to The Old Queen’s Arms for two years.
After that, it trekked over to the The Hampshire Hotel for a year, skipped back to The Ed again, spent four years parked at The Garage Bar, brightened the The Light Hotel for three years and has now returned to The Ed.
To celebrate its return to its original home, legendary host Vonni has planned the best arvo ever.

Join in the Feast Gay Bingo fun, where you can win prizes, have heaps of laughs and help raise money for Feast – balls drop at 5:30.
After the game, top up your drink and join Vonni for a variety show with a cast of some of Adelaide’s favourite leading ladies, as well as offering a platform for new performers to make their grand debut.

Other regulars who light up the stage include Lucy Flawless, Aleesha Legal and Venus Amore.
Each week, the dancers work on a new routine which kicks off after solo performers sashay, shimmy and strut across the stage for your enjoyment, performing some of your favourite songs.
Vonni’s Big Arvo is an excellent day out in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere; and now it’s back at the pub with one of the best beer gardens in the state.
See you at The Arvo!
