In the gag-worthy APOCALIPSTIK Kaye continues to prove himself to be a masterful performer, effortlessly blending glamour and grit to create a stunning theatrical experience that is as thought-provoking as it is entertaining.
Not only does Reuben provoke laughs he provokes thought – and so effortlessly do we watch him marry the two.
Although it was a seated performance, there were a few who couldn’t help but dance by the end; you can see why Simi gained nationwide popularity as one of the top performers on The Voice in 2015; his personality and playfulness kept the audience engaged throughout the show, the encore rang out past the hour with the pianist leading more soulful songs with Simi’s vocals.
