McLaren Vale’s Beresford Wines has added a new and exciting dimension to their wine tasting experiences.

With proven expertise in winemaking, Beresford is now offering carefully chosen food tastings to be paired with their exquisite wines.

Executive Chef, Tom Boden, who has been the recipient of Two Forks in The Advertiser Food Awards and two consecutive Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide, has curated a menu using regional ingredients and flavours.

With nearly twenty years of international culinary experience, Tom’s expertise in the food industry makes him the perfect curator for the Beresford Wines Tasting Experiences.

“I have incorporated as much regional produce into the canapés as possible,” he says. “There are a variety of both sweet and savoury food tastings. From smoked salmon and chicken terrine, to chocolate ganache macaroons, each canapé is paired with a specific wine to create the perfect combination of flavours.”


Beresford Wines offer two tasting experience options: the Classic Wine Tasting Experience which showcases Beresford Wines’ Classic Range, and the Icons Wine Tasting Experience, a flight of six wines from their Estate and Limited Release red wines.

Each experience is perfectly paired with the canapés created by Chef Tom Boden, creating the perfect culinary experience.

Served in Beresford Wines’ minimalistic Tasting Pavilion, which overlooks the Estate’s 70-acre working vineyard, the experiences combine elegance and style to create a luxurious, fine dining feel.
