The Whitlams’ Gaffage and Clink 2020 tour has been rescheduled to 2021, including two shows at The Gov next year.
The band’s national tour was originally set to commence 3 August 2020 with 13 sold-out dates, however Covid-19 interrupted their original plans.
The Gov will host the Gaffage and Clink 2020 tour 6 and 7 August 2021, where support acts Phil Jamieson and Alex Lloyd will open the explosive shows.
Lead singer, Tim Freedman, says The Whitlams couldn’t wait to get stuck into the tour but they have decided to be patient.
“Pushing it back a whole year seems a long time, but I think some prudence will pay off for us all in the long run,” Tim says.
Original ticket purchases are valid for entry on the reschedules show dates.
Ticket-holders will be contacted directly via their show’s venue or the authorised ticketing agency regarding these date changes, and steps will be provided should the 2021 dates not suit.
