LAST CHANCE TO SECURE YOUR OWN SLICE OF THE FLEURIEU

Showcasing 80 prominent food producers and chefs between Port Noarlunga and Cape Jervis, ‘Faces & Food of the Fleurieu’ details their stories, favourite recipes and expert tips from easy tzatziki to stuffed eggplant.

There are only 500 copies left up for grabs of the popular ‘Faces & Food of the Fleurieu’ book published by Soul Publishing and printed right here in Adelaide

Planted in 2014, the seed for ‘Faces & Food of the Fleurieu’ was planted when Rojina McDonald attended Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in London.

Eager to show her fellow students the stunning region she had grown up in, Rojina realised there was no solid documentation of the diversity in food and wine South Australia delivers.

A part of Soul Publishing’s ‘Soul’ collection, the hardcover book adorned with stunning photographs of the greater SA region supports local businesses and drives tourism to these deserving locations of rich land, sea, people and produce.

There are no further print runs planned for ‘Faces & Food of the Fleurieu’ after its second release, however a much anticipated follow up book is currently in production.

Following a similar structure, ‘Wine, Beer & Spirits of the Fleurieu’ will give readers a look into the best grog the Fleurieu has on offer.

Do your coffee table a favour and secure your own copy of ‘Faces & Food of the Fleurieu’ before they’re gone for good.
