The film gets straight into the journey and seems to lack the magical set up of the original. The slow build and less drastic situation doesn’t match the emotional investment.

The X-Men movies themselves have always been a statement on how we deal with different cultures.
Bastille Day has all the elements of a great action film and follows the Die Hard formula. While it’s not quite Die Hard, it reaches some pretty great heights and it consistently entertaining and exciting.
