You Am I and Adalita have much in common and, having shared a stage on countless occasions across their careers, it was a joy to experience both in full flight on Thursday night at the Gov.
It’s a truism that many of the best things in life are only experienced by the privileged few – and it was only Adelaide’s ‘privileged few’ that got to enjoy P.P. Arnold’s terrific performance at The Gov last night.
Legendary soul singer, the ‘First Lady of Immediate’, PP Arnold, will be in town on December 13 to play her first ever Adelaide solo show at The Gov and remind us all of her prodigious talents!

Saturday at Peter Lehmann Winery was not your regular Day On The Green. While some of these events lend themselves to sipping a Riesling on the picnic blanket, getting softly inebriated as the pleasant tunes drift overhead, this one was an unrelenting assault on the ears. And the crowd loved it.
Head to the Metro on Saturday night to see a great line up of musicians and make sure you get along to the Reclink Community Cup on August 7.
This was truly a great show and being a major You Am I/Tim Rogers fan since the beginning, it was great seeing Tim Rogers having fun with The Bamboos. Fingers crossed that there’s another tour before too long.
