FRINGE REVIEW: BLANK TILES, TUXEDO CAT, FEB 2017

Written and performed by Dylan Cole about fictional SCRABBLE World Champion, Austin Michaels, Blank Tiles almost has us lost for words.

An incredibly moving one hander about a man who knew over 200,000 words until he was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, this show is an absolute must see.

Since his diagnosis, Austin has desperately tried to document his memories and achievements before they disappear completely.

Funny, clever, engaging and affecting, Blank Tiles is perfect, and if we could give it more than 5 stars, we certainly would.

Blank Tiles is playing from 17 – 28 February at Tuxedo Cat’s great new home 1-10 Franklin St, Adelaide behind the GPO.

Grab your tickets HERE and spend an hour in the mind of Austin Michaels in this beautifully written and cleverly staged production of Blank Tiles.
