GIRLS ROCK! STAGE RETURNING TO LANEWAY

St Jerome’s Laneway Festival has announced that the Girls Rock! Stage will return to Adelaide leg of the event for a second year.

The award-winning not-for-profit organisation hosts national camps that empower young female, trans, and gender-diverse people in music.  The stage was huge success in 2019, with Middle Kids featuring alongside a range of excellent new local bands. This year you can catch emerging acts including Lonelyspeck, Stacey Says, Shahrae, Homeward Bound and Katie Pomeroy alongside established heroes, Hatchie and Kucka.

Laneway is also doing its bit to fundraise for the bushfire relief effort, with 50c from each beer sold from any of this year’s Australian events going to a local charity (to be announced). And the official after-parties will likewise be dedicated to bushfire fundraising, with the Adelaide event to be hosted at the Lion Arts Factory on the night of 7 February.

Laneway takes place to Harts Mill, Port Adelaide on 7 February with tickets and details available here.
