Artistic director, producer, actor, MC, podcaster, comedian, musician extraordinaire Benjamin Maio Mackay is bringing a bandwagon of shows to the Adelaide Fringe Festival this February.

With the largest offering from a South Australian producer and performer this fringe, Preachrs Podcast OnLine and OnStage are thrilled to announce their record-breaking line-up of 10 comedy, theatre, music and interactive events.

“It’s a massive, thrilling season and I cannot wait to bring top quality live entertainment back to Adelaide audiences,” Benjamin says.

First up, with a “Best Comedy” title under her belt from 2020 is comedian, writer and sex worker Bella Green with her smash hit stand up show Bella Green Is Charging For It.

Continuing on from previous years, Preachrs Podcast and OnStage will also be producing Gluttony’s iconic [Late Night] Panel Show with a rotating line-up of guest comedians keeping audiences begging for more.

Third on the impressive list is Jon Bennett’s string of shows including the infectiously funny Pretending Things are a Cock, dubbed the funniest show at the fringe.

In a contrasting turn to their previous offering, a family friendly show is also on the cards with a return season of Disney Delights, a tribute to iconic Disney music from Frozen to Mary Poppins that’s practically perfect in every way.

Debuting two unique solo stand-up comedians will see Rich Jay having you curled over with his unapologetic storytelling while local comedy regular JP brings his infectious humour for 3 performances only.

Finally, in another return to the fringe is the cult classic hit Great Detectives 2! With six Sydney Theatre People’s Choice Broadway World Nominations backing them in their 1950’s radio recording experience.

With something for everyone, you don’t want to miss this showcase of laughs and sing-a-longs this Adelaide Fringe season.
