You’ve seen the movie, now enjoy the spicy, adults-only world of Barbie in a late night delight at The Ukiyo this Adelaide Fringe.

Presented by South Australian leaders in burlesque, Hot Sauce Burlesque Productions, Barbie Burlesque invites you into the Mojo Dojo Casa House and treats you to a mind-blowing display from the sexiest local and interstate dolls. 

Featuring sizzling sets from Aerial Barbie, Fire Barbie, Vintage Barbie, 80s Barbie, Fetish Barbie, Ken, Alan and more, is hosted by the original blonde bombshell Barbie girl herself, Lyra LaBelle. 

“Barbie Burlesque asks audiences to start thinking about body, self esteem and inclusivity, all bundled up in a sexy, sparkly variety show,” Hot Sauce Burlesque CEO, founder and burlesque icon Lyra says. “Loosely based on the Barbie movie, our core local cast will be joined by a couple of special interstate guests to make your Barbie dreams come true.”

Playing a limited season at The Ukiyo at Gluttony, from 5th until 10th of March at 10pm, join Lyra and her dolls as they follow in Barbie’s high-heeled footsteps and fix everything in the real world so all women are happy and powerful.

With awe-inspiring circus treats, fiery delights, tantalising tease and captivating cabaret, audiences will find more than Kenough reasons to enter the Barbie Dream House this Fringe.
