The RCC pulled together quite a line-up for the principal gig of their Fringe program. Originally announced as original members of Pussy Riot re-uniting for the first time, (a major coup in itself) we then had the additions of Yothu Yindi, Rev Billy & the Stop Shopping Choir, Cash Savage & the Last Drinks and Ecca Vandal – the event turning into a mini-festival.
The cryptic Good Things Festival finally announced it’s full lineup, unexpectedly revealing a massive lineup featuring a headline performance from The Offspring performing their 1994 album Smash in full.
Following the band’s relocation to LA, the emphasis is on reconnecting with fans in more intimate venues, touring with slightly less fanfare in support of their Anchor EP. The Gov provided a perfect location for this, with the diverse, sold out crowd genuinely appreciative of the chance to catch the act in such a great pub venue.
