Prince Harry has recently won himself a high level position job at BetterUp, a mental health and employment coaching company located in California.

The company hired the Prince as Chief Impact Officer because they wanted to reframe how they think about human flourishing and rethink their programs, in addition to his experiences with a BetterUp coach.

“We have the economic, technological, and scientific means to positively impact human potential at scale. But to achieve this, we must “reframe” how we think about human flourishing (the potential we all have), peak performance, and mental fitness,” BetterUp CEO Alex Robichaux says in a statement on the company website.

Prince Harry says his work with the BetterUp coach gave him useful guidance and a new perspective.

“I’ve personally found working with a BetterUp coach to be invaluable,” Prince Harry says in a statement on the BetterUp website. “I was matched with a truly awesome coach who has given me sound advice and a fresh perspective.”

The Duke of Sussex is committed to driving advocacy and awareness for mental health, and will be using his profile to try to make a difference in people’s lives.
