GRAB YOUR FREE PASS TO THIS WEEKEND’S MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL

The Multicultural Eid Festival is returning to Adelaide Showgrounds this weekend and we have some free passes to give away!

The Adelaide Multicultural Eid Festival is a family friendly event marking the end of Ramadan and celebrating all cultural diversity in SA.

With plenty of food and fun for all to enjoy, the self-funded, not for profit community event draws people with different cultural and ethnic backgrounds to enjoy the celebration and bring communities together.

It is also a time for non-Muslim Australians to share and engage in Muslim culture, food, and family fun.

Plenty of food vendors will offer delicacies from different countries and there are rides, games and cultural activities happening across the entire weekend.

“This is an opportunity to bring your family along to this unique festival to celebrate and have fun whilst also learning something new about the range of countries and cultures that celebrate Eid al Fitr,” Event Manager, Alaa Sebahi said.

Jumping castles and animal farms will also be available to explore and for those who love an intimate cultural market, stalls will be selling traditional items and gifts, from homewares to clothing.

“With an affordable entry price, we are excited to be able to accommodate every family,” Alaa says.

Having been around for more than a decade, the festival that attracts upwards of 15,000 people each year has ticket options between $5 – $35.
