As we warmly welcome the return of bright spring weather, the Semaphore Music Festival also returns to our shoreline to celebrate the best of Aussie blues, roots and folk tunes this coming October long weekend.
The music festival – celebrating its 18th year – will bring together Aussie acts such as Kings & Associates, Lazy Eye, Ella & Sienna, and many more to the beach.
Semaphore Workers Club will play host to a multitude of artists as a part of the festival, along with other participating local venues such as The Fed, Mr V Music, and Semaphore Palais Hotel.
To round out the weekend, a ‘Beach Blanket Picnic’ will take place on Monday October 3 at 12pm on the Semaphore Foreshore Reserve, and will showcase local artists such as Cookie Baker, Ollie English, Lilac Cove, Kelly Menhennett and Ukulele Death Squad.
If you are looking to get out of the house and embrace the sunshine, the Semaphore Music Festival may offer the perfect escape.
Pre-sale tickets are available on the Semaphore Music Festival website, and will be sold at the door unless tickets have not been sold out already.
The festival kicks off on Friday September 30, and concludes Monday October 3.
